Sulave is a UAE consultancy practising across three disciplines under one relationship — by deliberate choice, not by default.

Sulave Management FZCO was founded on the conviction that the categories advisory firms organise themselves into — strategy, experience, capital — describe the market more than they describe the work. Most engagements that matter sit across all three. Most firms organise themselves so they cannot.

We practise from Dubai, in the UAE. The firm is licensed in IFZA Free Zone, but the geography that matters is regional: a fluency in how decisions are made, relationships are kept and credibility is earned across the GCC, alongside the international register required to serve clients with reach beyond the region. We are not a global firm with a regional desk. We are a UAE firm whose work travels.

Our practice is generalist by design. The corporate marketing director planning a launch, the founder weighing a partnership, the chair re-cutting an operating model and the director of a cultural institution programming a season are not, in our view, four different problems. They are four different framings of the same question — what do we want this organisation to become, and what is the work that takes it there.

We are deliberately compact. Engagements are partner-led from the first conversation to the final review. We say no often, and we say it early.

I.

The brief is rarely the brief.

The first weeks of a relationship are spent clarifying what is actually being asked of the business and the leadership, before anything is committed to. The work that follows is more useful for it, and the relationship that follows is more honest.

II.

Written work, not verbal comfort.

Every material recommendation is set down in writing, with reasoning the client can share with their board, their auditors and their counterparties. We are comfortable being quoted; we prefer to be quoted accurately.

III.

One relationship, three disciplines.

Strategy, experience and capital are practised under a single relationship rather than relayed across firms. Decisions are made with the full picture, not the partial one.

IV.

Selective by design.

A small book of work each year is the only way to keep partner-level attention across all three disciplines without diluting any of them. Saying no is part of the practice.
